Our office is a place for parents, caregivers, and children from infancy through young adulthood to share their goals for the future.
Our team is here to help them manage their health and avoid illness so those goals can be realized. We are members of the Pediatric Physicians’ Organization at Children’s (PPOC).
As such, we collaborate with a network of nearly 500 pediatric providers across the state of Massachusetts, as well as specialists from Boston Children’s Hospital. This helps us provide innovative care for chronic medical conditions like acne, ADHD, allergies, anxiety, concussions, depression, headaches, and simple orthopedic injuries right in our office. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality medical care for all, with a personal touch and a sense of fun. Professional History
Dr. Michelle Lock completed her pediatric residency in Oregon in 2005. She has practiced general pediatrics since that time in the state of Massachusetts, serving communities in the Boston/North Shore region. Dr. Lock is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been a Boston Children’s Hospital adjunct staff member since 2012; she has served as the chair of the Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Committee since 2013 and a member of the PPOC Board of Directors since 2014. Dr. Lock is proud to have co-founded Commonwealth Pediatrics in 2015.
Approach to Care
I am proud to provide a medical home where families are known, supported, and respected. I am excited to practice advanced pediatric primary care, allowing families to receive high quality care in an office close to their home. I am eager to help children meet their own goals, whether those goals are related to health, academics, sports, or relationships with friends and family.
Professional History
Named one of Boston Magazine’s Top Doctors in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2025, Angelica Espinosa-Louissaint graduated cum laude from Barnard college of Columbia University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She received her M.D. from Weill Cornell Medical College in 2001. She completed her pediatric training at NYU Medical Center in 2004. Dr Espinosa- Louissaint is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Espinosa- Louissaint is an active member of the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Children’s (PPOC). Dr. Espinosa -Louissaint co-founded Commonwealth Pediatrics in Stoneham MA with Dr. Michelle Lock in July 2015.

Professional History
Jackie graduated from MGH Institute of Health Professions with both a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Nursing. In 2013, she started working as a Registered Nurse, providing hospital level care to children with complex medication needs, in their home. She has been working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the past 10 years and was welcomed to the Commonwealth Pediatrics team in 2019.
